The grapes are bunch selected in the vineyard and then individually sorted by hand on tables so only the best, ripest fruit makes it into the bottle - after being matured for 18 months in oak barrels. |

A deep mulberry colour in the glass with intense aromas of vanilla, sweet ripe cherries, blackberries, cinnamon and sweet spice. Well-structured on the palate with a full, round and smooth body, grippy tannins and a long finish. |
