No wonder this incredible Sauvignon Blanc has picked up an award or two along the way. It pours a light, straw colour with very pale green hues and fresh grassy, herbal scents fill the glass
before the citrussy lemon and grapefruit tastes kick in. It's got a nice light acidic tingle too.
This tasty tipple is lovely with lighter pasta, a carbonara maybe, or a clam linguine. That rarest of things, a talented Californian who doesn't shout about it!
