Produced using the Bobal grape which is grown in a limestone / clay soil in 25 year old vineyards and then matured for 6 months in French oak barrels.

Tasting notes

What this achieves is a wine with a deep cherry colouring, with notes of of ripe delicate fruit. On the tongue it’s powerfully fruity in taste recalling the taste of dark fruits.

Brilliant ruby colour. In the nose crystallized fruit, sweet and subtly toasted spices thanks to the time spent in the barrel. Medium intensity in the mouth with a balanced tannin.

Perfect accompaniment to seafood, shellfish, fish, uncured cheeses, salad and rice.
