Description
The Viña Echeverría Cabernet Sauvignon Gran Reserva is made from fruit carefully selected in the Maipo Valley region of Chile. Hand picked grapes are transferred to the winery immediately after cutting where they are sorted by hand prior to fermentation. Ageing takes place in French oak barrels for between 10 and 12 months. 
Tasting notes
The Echeverria Classic Range are designed to be youthful and fruit driven. They are natural, fresh and crisp and have good varietal character. A round and vibrant Cabernet Sauvignon with plum and strawberry flavours combined with hints of red pepper and spices. The palate is smooth and well balanced, with a fruity and long lasting finish.
