| Nice attack on the freshness immediately followed by beautiful touch of wild strawberries or gariguette, white spring flowers such as acacia, cherry or pear blossom with a little mineral touch very slightly iodized.
The palate is also very fresh with touch of lime and grapefruit with a very fine minty touch. The finish is mineral, iodized and delicately spicy. |
