Description
Our London Dry Gin was carefully conceived by our little development still over time. It's juniper led, fresh, clean and balanced and 40% ABV.

With the emphasis on less is more, we use a handful of botanicals, including angelica, bitter orange and star anise to keep the spirit crisp. You will have your own preference on what to serve with our London Dry, but try it with a simple tonic water first, to fully appreciate its flavours.
Tasting notes
Delightful aroma. Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.

Quite rich and lovely smooth texture.
Serving Suggestion
We have enjoyed it with frozen grapefruit, cucumber, lime and the ubiquitous lemon and it's also pretty good in cocktails!
