Superlative fizz from a legendary house, Perrier-Jouët are more famous for their Belle Epoque flower bottle, but this NV is a lively, effervescent little beauty in its own right. A delicious fizz.
Tasting notes
Clear, light golden with slight green tinge and lively persistent bubbles. Brioche, hay bales, crisp green apples and very faint rhubarb and pine sap. Clean and well balanced with delicate creamy green apple fruit, zesty bite, good biscuit notes and a touch of yeast. Cleaning mineraly citrus. Great aperitif champagne.
