| his barrel-fermented Santa Barbara County Chardonnay comes from four vineyard sites: Bien Nacido, Sierra Madre, Los Alamos and Rancho Vinedo. The vines are on average over 25 years old.
All the Chardonnay is carefully handpicked and sorted in the vineyard. After harvesting, the grapes are whole cluster pressed, and juice is quickly settled and chilled to begin barrel fermentation. The wine is dry and completed malo-lactic fermentation |

| The palate is focused and pure, with ripe lemon citrus coming trough alongside fresh apricot. The texture is glossy but still fresh and fine, finishing with a touch of white almond. |
